Purchase procedure

Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and the Owner's discretionary acceptance.
The User must select the products and proceed to checkout after carefully checking and, if necessary, modifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price, taxes, and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form.

The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded when the Owner sends the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the User. All delivery information, details on taxes and duties, as well as the shipping destination will be displayed in the shopping cart.
The bottles will be shipped in packaging suitable for transport to ensure their safety. All packages are delivered with varying delivery times depending on the destination. Artiminowines.com is not responsible for customs clearance delays, but is committed to minimising any inconvenience.

Product availability

Prices, descriptions, or availability of products displayed are subject to change without notice. The photos included are indicative and are for illustrative purposes only.

Order delivery

Deliveries are made during normal working hours (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) to the address indicated by the User and according to the methods specified in the order summary.

If the goods are not collected within the deadline set by the carrier, they will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the goods but not the shipping costs. The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage to the Products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products on Artiminowines.com, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days.
The period during which withdrawal may be exercised ends after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the User acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of their decision to withdraw by means of an explicit statement to be sent to the contacts indicated.

Customs duties and import charges
